How to order

Greetings

I have finally gotten around to explaining the order process with the help of our IT department. 

Searches

We have placed JAN codes on the order form now and if you are looking for a product you can search the net, not our site but the Internet for pictures and then submit the picture and JAN code.  The JAN code is available on most items not all.  This helps us with finding the exact item you are looking for.  Here in Japan the names are very similar so we ask that for searches you do this; for now.

Hopefully in a few months we will be able to do a complete face-lift to the site to make it easier to process and search for merchandise.

Ordering

There has been some concerns about not being able to read our pdf.

files because it is in Japanese.  Well, until the change to our site is made we ask that you bear with us on making orders.  The process has been made easier thanks to Google translation, however you cannot reach the pdf. files in a translation mode due to security on the site.  That means you need to go back to the Japanese site to reach the pdf. file which is the order form.

You need to print out the order form and fill it out and send it back.  The EODS will be your verification for your order.
